WhatsApp handoff
After FastQRMenu saves the order, the guest can open WhatsApp with a prepared order summary and tracking link. The guest reviews and sends the message. This is not automatic messaging and does not require Meta Business API setup.
Compatibility, clearly stated
FastQRMenu runs as a browser-based ordering layer. It works with the devices restaurants and guests already have, and it offers an optional WhatsApp handoff. It does not currently synchronize with POS, payment, printer, inventory, or hotel property-management systems.

Guests order in a mobile browser. Owners use the dashboard in a browser on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. The restaurant needs a reliable internet connection but no dedicated FastQRMenu hardware.
These integrations are not part of the current product.
FastQRMenu supports table-specific QR links and shareable restaurant URLs. Editable public URLs are available from Starter. Full custom-domain support is still being completed and should not be treated as live until the dashboard flow is released.

FAQ
Yes. When the restaurant enables WhatsApp orders and adds a destination number, the confirmation flow can open WhatsApp with a prepared order summary. The core order is saved to the FastQRMenu dashboard first, so the restaurant still has the order record if the guest closes WhatsApp.
No. FastQRMenu uses a prepared WhatsApp handoff link. The guest reviews and sends the message from their own WhatsApp app. FastQRMenu does not silently send the message and does not require the restaurant to configure the Meta WhatsApp Business API.

No. FastQRMenu currently handles digital menus, table ordering, order status, and optional WhatsApp handoff. Guests still pay at the table or counter using the restaurant's existing process. Online payment processing is not included today.
No POS integration is available today. Orders appear in the FastQRMenu dashboard and staff handle them there. If automatic POS, printer, inventory, or payment synchronization is required, FastQRMenu is not currently the right fit for that requirement.
Editable public restaurant URLs are available from Starter. Full custom-domain support is still being completed, so restaurants should use their FastQRMenu public URL until the custom-domain flow is released.
