Terms And Conditions

Terms And Conditions

These terms are written for the current FastQRMenu product: owner authentication, restaurant management, table QR codes, and diner order submission without built-in online payment processing.

Last updated April 16, 2026

These pages are tailored to the current FastQRMenu codebase and product flow. They are a strong product-specific starting point, but they are not legal advice and should be reviewed by counsel before production use. For business or privacy enquiries, contact [email protected].
01

Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of FastQRMenu, including the restaurant owner dashboard, menu management tools, QR table routing, and diner-facing ordering flows.

By creating an owner account, managing a restaurant workspace, or submitting an order through a table QR code, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to your use of the product.

02

What the service does

FastQRMenu is software for restaurants and cafes to publish menus, generate table-specific QR routes, receive table orders, and manage order status from a dashboard.

The current version of the product does not process diner card payments inside the app. Pricing, payment collection, order fulfillment, taxes, allergen disclosures, and refunds remain the responsibility of the restaurant operator unless you add separate systems and terms for those functions.

03

Owner accounts

Restaurant operators are responsible for providing accurate account and business information and for keeping login credentials secure. Each owner is responsible for all activity that occurs under that account unless unauthorized use is reported and access is revoked.

You may not share access with unauthorized users, attempt to bypass authentication or permissions, or use the service in a way that could damage availability, integrity, or security.

04

Restaurant content and operator responsibilities

Restaurant operators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of menu content, prices, item descriptions, availability, business contact details, and any statements shown to diners.

If you operate a restaurant through this software, you are also responsible for customer-facing policies that are specific to your business, including allergy warnings, delivery or dine-in rules, refunds, cancellations, taxes, and any consumer-law disclosures required in your jurisdiction.

05

Diner orders

Diners may submit orders using an active table QR code. An order may include menu selections, quantities, optional item notes, optional guest count, and an optional overall note.

Submitting an order sends the order to the restaurant dashboard, but it does not by itself guarantee acceptance, preparation time, item availability, or payment completion. The restaurant remains responsible for confirming, preparing, modifying, rejecting, or refunding orders as needed.

06

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with restaurant operations, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the product, send malicious code, or abuse public ordering routes.

You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or misleading content through restaurant profiles, menu items, QR routes, or order notes.

07

Third-party services

The current implementation relies on third-party providers including Firebase for authentication and data storage, Cloudinary for uploaded media, and Umami for analytics. Your use of the service may therefore depend in part on those providers and their availability.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policy updates made by those independent providers, although we may update this product in response to those changes.

08

Availability and changes

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including changes to features, routes, data structures, or integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

If you deploy this software yourself, you are responsible for your own hosting, configuration, backups, monitoring, and operational support unless a separate service agreement says otherwise.

09

Disclaimers and liability limits

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. We do not promise that the software will be free from bugs, downtime, data loss, security incidents, or compatibility issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastQRMenu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

10

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if the service is used unlawfully or abusively, or if continuing access would create legal, security, or operational risk.

Sections that by their nature shall survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, shall continue to apply after access ends.

11

Intellectual property

Restaurant operators retain ownership of the menus, images, branding, descriptions, and other content they upload or publish through the service, subject to any rights needed for FastQRMenu to host, display, and process that content in connection with the service.

The FastQRMenu platform name, logo, branding, and software, including related intellectual property rights, are the property of the service provider or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission except as allowed by law.

12

Minimum age

Owner accounts may only be created by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By creating an owner account, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and have authority to act for the restaurant or business using the service.

13

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

This governing-law and jurisdiction language is a placeholder for launch readiness and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

14

Privacy policy

Data collection and processing are described in the Privacy Policy.
